It’s hard to believe Gala Day was more than three months ago now but what an amazing day it was! Thousands attended Sunday’s family event and we know from the feedback how much everyone enjoyed our science extravaganza.
As autumn approaches, we’ve now started to think about next year’s event and we would absolutely love it if more people joined us to plan and run Sunday. We are a friendly group and we always welcome new ideas. There’s so much to think about!
From planning the parade and theme to overseeing the massive operation inside the Gala arena including the exhibitors, local dance/performing acts to even running community competitions, we want to make next year’s Gala Day the best yet.
