AMPTHILL FESTIVAL GALA DAY will be on SUNDAY July 7th, in Ampthill Park, starting at 1pm. The theme this year is “Ampthill by the Sea.”

Preceding Gala Day there will be the usual range of popular events and some new ones.

Stall sites are available now. These are approximately 3m x 3m but can be larger on request. Tables and chairs are not supplied and some sites may slope (a couple of bricks may be useful). These sites will be arranged around the edge of the cricket field. Gazebos and small tents are welcome and make a colourful sight in the park.

The stall sites are free to clubs, charities or hobbies and £25 for small businesses. Prices for larger businesses on application.

A prize will be awarded to the best stall following the theme.

We are looking for a wide selection of stalls, covering crafts, games, hobbies, charity promotions, plants, cakes, information etc.

The sale of alcohol without a licence (this includes tombola’s) is prohibited.

The park is open from 9.30am for setting up. Cars may be brought in during setting up but must be removed to the car park by 12 noon. Entrance to stall sites will be at the cricket club (western) end of the park. Cars will not be allowed to exit before the end at 5pm. The music continues until 7.00pm.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL As none will be accepted after the 28th of June.
